The Crossing Company has completed its 8th consecutive Safety Stand Down Week from January 21-25, 2013 as part of our continued committment to safety within our organization. All active rigs were visited by senior management during the stand down to reinforce the importance of a strong safety culture.
A strong safety culture means developing safe habits at work and at home. It also means taking the extra time to look out for each other and to work towards an incident free workplace as a team.
We understand the value that a strong safety culture brings and will maintain a leadership role in developing and improving equipment, programs and attitudes. Stand Down Week is another great opportunity to visit all of our rigs, to connect with our employees, and to make sure everyone understands the importance that The Crossing Company places on safety. The feedback we receive from our field team is essential in improving our safety program and guaranteeing its relevance.
